The Beurer Germany MG 70 gives you control over your massage with continuously adjustable intensity and pressure. How firm the massage feels depends on both the selected speed and the amount of pressure applied, allowing you to use the same setting for a gentle massage or apply more pressure to work deeper into areas of muscle tension and knots. Use the removable handle for greater reach when massaging areas such as the back and legs, or remove it and use the adjustable hand strap for closer, more direct control. Choose between the soft attachment for a gentler massage or the nubbed attachment for a firmer, more targeted feel.

The MG 70 can be used standing, sitting or lying down – whether you need a quick muscle break between meetings, relief from tight shoulders after a desk-bound day, or soothing massage after exercise, including easing tired calves after a weekend Parkrun. For added warmth, the optional infrared heat function warms the massage surface to approximately 45°C. The heat function cannot be used with either attachment fitted. Remove the soft or nubbed attachment before switching on the infrared heat, as the attachments cover the infrared heating surface.

Important Safety Instructions:

• Do not use the device continuously for longer than 20 minutes to avoid overheating.

• Let the device cool down before using it again.

• Never massage a specific part of the body for longer than 3 minutes without changing to another area of the body.

• The surface of the device becomes warm during use. Persons insensitive to heat should be particularly careful.

• Persons with cardiac pacemakers are requested to consult their doctor before using the massage device and never to massage the region of the heart.

• Never use the device on swollen, burned, or injured areas of skin.

• The following should also not be massaged: bones (e.g. joints, spine), the head or other sensitive areas of the body.

• Do not carry out a massage if you have a cold with a high temperature, varicose veins, thrombosis, vein inflammation, jaundice, diabetes, pregnancy, nerve disorders (e.g. sciatica) or acute inflammation. In such cases, consult your doctor.

Can I use the MG 70 on my own back?
Yes. The long handle allows you to massage your own back or shoulders without needing assistance.
Do the massage heads work with the heat setting?
The infrared heat cannot reach the skin when an attachment is fitted. If you have an attachment fitted, use the massage-only setting. Remove the attachments when you want to use the infrared setting.

How long can I use it in one session?
The instructions recommend no more than 20 minutes of continuous use, and no more than 3 minutes on any one area before moving to the next and letting the device cool before using it again.

Is it safe to use with a pacemaker or during pregnancy?
Anyone with a cardiac pacemaker should consult their doctor first and avoid massaging near the heart, and it should not be used during pregnancy, over swollen, burned or injured skin, or directly on bones or joints. If you have diabetes, thrombosis or varicose veins, check with your doctor before use.
