 GENERAL TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS

> Weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning after using the toilet, before eating and without clothing, for the most consistent results.

> For body composition analysis, stand barefoot and use the hand-held unit. Without the hand-held unit, the scale measures weight only.

> NB: Place the scale on a hard, level surface such as tiles or wood. Do not use it on carpet or uneven flooring. This is crucial for accurate measurement.

> Avoid measuring immediately after unusual physical activity. Wait about 15 minutes after getting up before taking a measurement.

> Focus on long-term trends rather than daily fluctuations, as short-term weight changes are often due to fluid levels.

> Body composition values are calculated using BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) and provide estimated values. They are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions. Consult a healthcare professional if required.

> Body composition readings may be inaccurate or implausible for children under approximately 10 years of age, performance athletes and bodybuilders, people with a fever, those undergoing dialysis, people with oedema or osteoporosis, and people taking cardiovascular, vasodilating or vasoconstricting medication.

> Heart rate readings may be inaccurate where there is poor circulation, vascular constriction, venous stasis or significant leg oedema.
