> To protect the device and your health, the massager should not be used for more than 15 minutes at a time, with a 15-minute rest/cool down period in between uses.
> Always start at Intensity Level 1 and adjust to your comfort. 
> Use the massage roller for up to 15 minutes per session. Spend a few minutes focusing on each target area for best results. It is recommended that you treat each area of the body (lower, mid and upper body) for no longer than 15 minutes per area, 3 times per week.
