HOW TO MAXIMISE YOUR RESULTS & ACCURACY
> Consistent Monitoring: Measure twice daily – morning and evening, at the same time each day. Rest 5 minutes before measuring; wait 30 minutes after eating, smoking, drinking, or exercising. Avoid stress and allow 5 minutes between repeated measurements. Repeat measurement if results seem off.
> Proper Cuff Placement: Use the arm with higher BP readings – always the same arm. Use only the included cuff, positioned 2–3 cm above the elbow, directly over the artery. Ensure no tight clothing restricts blood flow.
> Correct Posture: Sit upright, back supported. Rest your arm on a solid surface, cuff at heart level. Keep feet flat, stay still, and don’t talk during measurement.
> Important Warnings: The Rest Indicator (HSD) significantly increases accuracy but may have reduced reliability in users with persistent arrhythmias or some mental health conditions (E.g. chronic stress and anxiety). Always consult your healthcare provider.
> Keep away from strong electromagnetic fields like mobile phones or radios, especially when in use
> Not for use with pacemakers, metal implants, or post-mastectomy/lymph node clearance.
