 HOW TO USE

• Place the scale on a hard, flat surface such as tiles or wooden flooring.
• The scale cannot accurately calculate your stats if you weigh on an uneven surface, such as a carpet. A hard, flat surface is crucial for achieving accurate measurements.
• For best accuracy, always weigh yourself at the same time each day on the same flat surface (ideally in the morning, after having been to the toilet, on an empty stomach and without clothing, to obtain results which can be compared.
• Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth, if required. Never immerse the scale in water or rinse it under running water.
• Protect the scale against knocks, damp, dust, chemicals, drastic changes in temperature, electromagnetic fields and sources of heat that are too near. Strong electromagnetic sources nearby may affect readings.
