To Obtain Reliable Readings:

• Rest for 5 minutes before measuring
• Measure morning & evening, same time daily
• Avoid measuring within 30 minutes of eating, drinking, smoking, or exercising. Ensure you're physically relaxed and not under stress.
• Sit relaxed, feet flat, arm supported
• Keep the monitor at heart level
• Do not talk or move during measurement
• Wait 5 minutes between repeat readings
• Measure consistently on the same wrist
• Avoid electromagnetic interference: Keep away from strong RF/electronic devices (e.g., cellphones).

Important Information About Wrist Monitors

Blood pressure readings from the wrist may differ from upper-arm measurements due to natural anatomical differences. Upper arm monitors generally provide higher clinical accuracy. Wrist monitors require correct positioning at heart level for best results.
