HOW TO USE

• Measure twice daily (morning & evening) to establish consistent monitoring
• Rest for 5 minutes before measuring to avoid elevated readings. Readings are most accurate when your body is in a relaxed state.
• Sit upright, back supported, feet flat on the floor, arm on a flat solid surface and ensure the BP cuff is level with your heart
• Stay as still as possible during the measurement and do not talk.
