As with any plastic parts, atomizers and their accessories are affected by a certain amount of wear and tear when used and hygienically prepared on a frequent basis. Over time, this can lead to a change in the aerosol, which can have a negative effect on the efficiency of the treatment. We, therefore, recommend that you replace the atomizer and other accessories after a year.

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 2, 3 or 5 years from the purchase date, depending on the model. The term is shown on each device's page under "Beurer South Africa warranty".
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
