IMPORTANT USAGE NOTES
- Not for continuous use – switch off for 30 minutes after every 30 minutes of operation.
- Hold the atomiser upright during treatment for proper function.
- Only use isotonic saline or doctor-prescribed medication – avoid essential oils, cough syrups or gargling solutions, as these can damage the device and, in sensitive individuals, may trigger breathing difficulties.
- Mouthpiece use gives the most effective nebulisation; masks are best for children not yet able to use a mouthpiece.
- Clean after every use and disinfect after the last treatment of the day, for hygiene and best performance.

For best results, replace the atomiser and accessories annually. Frequent use and cleaning cause natural wear over time, which can affect the aerosol quality and reduce treatment efficiency. The Beurer Children's Nebuliser Year Pack (sold separately) is available for easy replacement.

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 5 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
