Certain gel nail polishes are not compatible with this device, including Maskscara gel polish.
Gel polishes containing HEMA or TPO, as well as rubber base gels, require a deeper wavelength than this unit provides in to cure properly.
HEMA may cause allergic reactions, and TPO has been banned in the EU from 1 September 2025.
For best results and safety, use gel nail polishes that are free of these ingredients.

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 3 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
