NOTES ON USE:
Cool Setting: The hair dryer has a cool setting that can be selected using the cold air button. The cold setting provides the perfect finish for styling. It cools your hair down and adds hold for an improved result.
Automatic Switch Off: For your safety, the device switches off automatically if it overheats. Pull the mains plug out of the socket and allow the device to cool down. Before switching on again, check the air outlet and the filter for blockage (e.g. fluff, dust and hair that has been sucked in).
Cleaning and Maintenance: Always pull the mains plug out of the socket before cleaning the device. The filter can be removed. Before each use, remove any fluff, dust and hair from the air outlet and the filter using an appropriately sized brush. After cleaning, reposition the filter and turn it to the right until it clicks into place.

- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 3 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
