Yes, it fits all Beurer sonic toothbrushes and Philips Sonicare toothbrushes. Not compatible with Philips One models.
How do I know when to replace the head?
The indicator bristles fade with regular use, and Beurer recommends replacing every 3 months regardless, whichever comes first.
Is this suitable for a child whose adult teeth are still coming in?
Yes. The W-shaped bristle profile is designed specifically for that stage, cleaning both the erupting adult teeth and the baby teeth around them.
What is the difference between this and the Wavy Soft head?
Wavy Clean is built for children around age 6 and up whose adult teeth are coming through, while Wavy Soft is designed for milk teeth from around age 3.

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 2, 3 or 5 years from the purchase date, depending on the model. The term is shown on each device's page under "Beurer South Africa warranty".
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
