They are the perfect choice for pain therapy or muscle stimulation!
The optional heat function also means they are suitable for relaxation and massage.

NB: Please note the gel pads must be replaced immediately if they do not stick securely.
Use of worn gel pads or gel pads which are no longer evenly adhesive may lead to skin injuries as even distribution of the current across the entire area is no longer guaranteed.
Do not use the device until you have replaced the worn gel pads.
For safe and effective use, we recommend that you replace the gel pads after a maximum of 20 uses.
Use of gel pads:
Clean the skin prior to any application; do not use skincare lotions or oils prior to treatment. Shaving may increase the life of electrodes.
To ensure that the gel pads remain adhesive for as long as possible, clean them carefully with a damp, lint-free cloth or clean the underside of the electrodes under lukewarm, running water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
NB: Before cleaning with water, remove the connection cable from the device. Following treatment, always stick the gel pads back onto the carrier foil of the gel pads.
If the electrodes do not stick to the body clean the gel pads using a damp, lint-free cloth. The electrodes must be replaced if they still do not stick securely.

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 2, 3 or 5 years from the purchase date, depending on the model. The term is shown on each device's page under "Beurer South Africa warranty".
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
