IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Flat Surface: Ensure that you weigh yourself on a smooth flat surface, e.g., tiles or wooden flooring. The scale cannot accurately calculate your stats if you weigh on an uneven surface, such as a carpet. A hard surface is crucial for achieving accurate measurements.
Consistency: For best accuracy, always weigh yourself at the same time each day (ideally in the morning, after having been to the toilet, on an empty stomach and without clothing, to obtain results which can be compared.
Care: Protect your personal scales from impact with hard objects, moisture, dust, chemicals, toiletries, liquid cosmetics, great temperature fluctuations, and high heat. Do not place any objects on the scale when not in use.
Cleaning: To clean the scale, you can wipe with a damp cloth and a little bit of washing up liquid, if required. Never immerse the scale in water or rinse it under running water. Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning products.
Safety: Never step onto the outer edge of the scales with one foot as this could cause the scales to tip

- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 5 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
