Blood pressure fluctuates naturally, so one-off readings are not reliable. Only regular, consistent measurements under comparable conditions provide meaningful insight. TO OBTAIN RELIABLE READINGS
• Ensure the wrist blood pressure monitor is at room temperature
• Rest for 5 minutes before measuring
• Measure morning & evening, same time daily
• Avoid measuring within 30 minutes of eating, drinking, smoking, or exercising. Ensure you're physically relaxed and not under stress.
• Sit relaxed, feet flat, arm supported
• Keep the monitor at heart level
• Do not talk or move during measurement
• Wait 5 minutes between repeat readings
• Measure consistently on the same wrist
• Avoid electromagnetic interference & handle with care: This blood pressure monitor contains sensitive, precision electronic components. To ensure accurate readings protect the device from impacts, moisture, dust, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight. Avoid using or storing the device near other electronic devices, including your cellphone. Electromagnetic fields such as those from radio systems and mobile phones may cause errors, malfunctions, or display issues.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT WRIST MONITORS
Blood pressure readings from the wrist may differ from upper-arm measurements due to natural anatomical differences. Upper arm monitors generally provide higher clinical accuracy. Wrist monitors require correct positioning at heart level for best results.

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 5 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Upper arm or wrist blood pressure monitor?
- Upper arm monitors are generally more accurate; wrist monitors are compact and convenient but must be held at heart level during the reading. If you are unsure, choose upper arm.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
