HOW TO USE
> Measure twice daily (morning & evening) to establish consistent monitoring
> Rest for 5 minutes before measuring to avoid elevated readings. Readings are most accurate when your body is in a relaxed state.
> Sit upright, back supported, feet flat on the floor, arm on a flat solid surface and ensure the BP cuff is level with your heart
> Stay as still as possible during the measurement and do not talk.

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 5 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Upper arm or wrist blood pressure monitor?
- Upper arm monitors are generally more accurate; wrist monitors are compact and convenient but must be held at heart level during the reading. If you are unsure, choose upper arm.
