What You Should Know About Using this Thermometer
The use of the device may be limited in the presence of electromagnetic disturbances. This could result in issues such as error messages or the failure of the display/device. Avoid using this device directly next to other devices, e.g. cellphones
Greater temperature fluctuations occur faster and more often in children
The temperature varies depending on the part of the body where the measurement is taken. 
To track temperature change, always take the measurements from the same part of the body.
The thermometer needs to have been in the room in which the measurement is taken for at least 30 minutes before use.
Measuring body temperature in the ear: Some people produce different readings in their left and right ear. To record temperature changes, always measure a person’s temperature in the same ear.
Measurement is usually possible over the age of 6 months. In infants under 6 months, the ear canal is still very narrow so the temperature of the eardrum often cannot be recorded. The result displayed is often too low.
Measuring body temperature on the forehead: Please note that the forehead/temples must be free from sweat and cosmetics and that taking vasoconstrictive medication and skin irritations can distort the result when measuring temperature on the forehead.
Once the device is on, move the thermometer smoothly over the forehead to the other temple.
