DESCRIPTION
The Beurer IL11 delivers gentle, effective infrared heat therapy in a compact, easy-to-use design. Its 100W bulb produces soothing warmth that helps relieve cold symptoms and muscle tension, while the 5-stage tilt adjustment lets you direct heat exactly where you need it. An integrated protective shield and goggles are included for safer use at home. Backed by Beurer's long-standing German engineering and a 3-year device warranty.
USE & SAFETY NOTES
• This lamp has no on/off switch - it activates as soon as it's plugged into a wall socket
• Always wear the included goggles - never look directly at the light
• Do not use for longer than 15 minutes.
• Lamp is hot after use - allow to cool before moving or storing
• CAUTION! The filament is fragile when hot and the unit should not be moved when the bulb is hot.
• Please note the contraindications in the manual including that the device is not suitable for those with reduced heat sensitivity, certain implants, open wounds or during pregnancy (abdomen area) - consult a doctor if unsure

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 3 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
