ENJOYING THE LIGHT
The recommended duration of treatment is maximum 15 minutes and should be limited to a maximum of two treatments a day.
The IL 35 infrared lamp indicates your current treatment time with the aid of 3 LEDs.
The treatment time can be set at the following 3 levels.
5-minute treatment time, with 1 LED lit
10-minute treatment time, with 2 LEDs lit
15-minute treatment time, with 3 LEDs lit
The lamp switches off automatically once the set treatment time has elapsed, or when it is manually switched off.
SAFETY NOTES:
Please follow the instructions in this regard!
• The distance between the infrared lamp and the radiated part of the body should not be less than 80 cm.
• Always use the protective eyewear supplied during use.
• CAUTION! Never look directly into the infrared light without protective eyewear.
• CAUTION! The lamp is hot after being used. Let the lamp cool off first long enough before you put it away and/ or pack it up!
• CAUTION! The filament is fragile when hot and that the unit should not be moved when the bulb is hot.
• Do not use the device on persons sensitive to heat. Sensitivity to heat can be reduced or increased in the following cases:
- diabetic patients
- persons with sleepiness, dementia or difficulties concentrating
- persons with illness-related skin changes or persons with scarred skin areas in the application area
- persons with allergies
- children and older persons
- after consuming medications or alcohol
• Do not operate the device if you are wearing an implant, particularly if it is in the area of the body to be treated. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor.
• If you are pregnant, do not operate the device near your abdomen, to prevent this area from overheating. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor.
• In case of acutely inflammatory processes, radiation should only be carried out after consulting a doctor.
• Prolonged use can cause burns to the skin.
