· The filter set is compatible with the Beurer 2-in-1 air purifier and fan LV 500 and can be easily replaced at home with the previous filters on the device
· Filter system: 2 combination filters, each consisting of a pre-filter, HEPA H13 and activated carbon filter
· Filter performance: with the help of the HEPA H13 filter, 99.95% of particles (e.g. bacteria, viruses, fine dust, pollen) can be filtered out
· Filter change: the filters should be replaced after 6 months at the latest; after 1440 operating hours, the filter change indicator on the device automatically lights up and signals a recommended change
· Cleaning: regular cleaning allows for hygienic, trouble-free operation; it is recommended to clean the outside of the filters once a month with the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner or a dry cloth

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- Spare parts and consumables such as electrodes, gel pads, cuffs, filters and brush heads carry no separate warranty term. They are wear items, so a device warranty does not cover them, and the warranty of the Beurer device itself is not affected. If a part arrives damaged or does not work, email info@beurer.co.za with your order number.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
