Recommended Use of Brush Heads & Replacement Parts
The brush attachments should be used, and replaced as follows:
> Exfoliation (item 110.187): Weekly exfoliation to gently remove excess skin cells. For use on normal kin, combination skin, and oily skin. Replace after 4 months
> Sensitive (item 110.186): Gentle daily cleansing. For use on sensitive skin. Replace after 4 months
> Silicone (item 110.185): Daily cleansing. For use on all skin types. Replace after 6 months
Please dispose of the brushes in an environmentally friendly way, per the instructions for use.
NB: To ensure comfortable treatment, do not apply the rotating brush attachment too firmly to the skin. Treat each section of skin for a maximum of 20 seconds only. The recommended application period per use is 1 minute. The appliance switches off automatically after 5 minutes

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 3 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
