CARE & SAFEETY INSTRUCTIONS
NB Notes on Machine Washing
• Remove control before washing.
• Wash at max 30 °C on gentle/wool cycle with no spin cycle and using a delicate laundry detergent
• Reshape while damp, dry flat, do not use pegs - never tumble dry or iron
• Do not reconnect until completely dry
• Do not switch on to dry - risk of electric shock
• Limit washing to once per season and max 5 times during product lifetime
• The control must never get wet. Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean it.
NB Notes on Heat
• Designed to meet strict European safety standards - warms to a cosy, comfortable temperature without becoming too hot.
• Border area remains cooler by design (no heating wires) to prevent damage and ensure long term safety.
• For fastest warm up, start on the highest setting – the pad has a quick heat function in the first 10 minutes.
• For extended use over several hours, switch to the lowest setting to maintain comfort and avoid overheating. Maximum core warmth is reached after approx. 30–45 minutes.
NB Warnings & Use with a Pacemaker
• Not suitable for children under 3 years old, as they cannot react to overheating.
• Do not place sharp objects or additional heat sources (hot water bottles, blankets) on the heat pad while it is in use. The control unit must never be covered or placed on the heat pad.
• The electrical and magnetic fields from this device are well within limits for pacemaker use. However, for reassurance please consult your doctor or the pacemaker manufacturer before use. Electrical field strength: max. 5000 V/m. Magnetic field strength: max. 80 A/m. Magnetic flux density: max. 0.1 mT.

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 3 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
