The 4 rotating massage heads with 2 selectable massage directions, as well as the soothing heat and light function, provide a pleasant massage which can alleviate discomfort and help maintain your health and athletic vitality.
To enjoy a pleasant massage, carefully check that the selected position is comfortable for you and then gradually shift the weight towards the massager. This can increase the massage intensity. The application should be pleasant and always relaxing.
Note: It is important to pay attention to the exposure time, a massage should last a maximum of 15 minutes to avoid overloading the device and muscles.

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 3 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
