How to use the Beurer Germany FB 21 Foot Bath and Spa:
Massage Functions:
The device has two massage functions:
Function 1 : bubble massage, infrared light and maintains water temperature
Function 2 : activation of vibration massage
Function 1 options are only available together.
Function 2 - optional vibration massage: While function 1 is on (bubble massage + infrared light + water temperature control), you have the option to switch on the vibration massage. The vibration massage (function 2) will only function when function 1 (bubble massage + infrared light + water temperature control) is switched on.
It cannot be used separately.
Massage rollers:
You can experience a special massage effect by moving your feet back and forth on the 4 massage rollers integrated into the bottom of the footbath. The rollers are stationary and provide massage through user-controlled foot movement (self-massage). The massage rollers can optionally be removed by pulling them firmly upwards.
Removable attachments:
Place the desired attachment on the holder in the centre.
The brush attachment can be used to stimulate the reflex zones in the soles of your feet through manual movement of the feet.
The massage attachment provides a soothing massage for your feet and promotes circulation through self-guided use.
The corn and callus remover is used to remove dead skin cells and calluses.
Care Instructions & Warnings:
Never fill the device while it is plugged in.
When filling the bath, do not exceed the fill level mark, and always make sure the footrest is completely covered with water.
Place the foot spa on a firm level surface.
For best results, fill with warm water, as the device is designed to maintain rather than heat water.
Never stand up when your feet are inside the foot spa.
Never add sticky substances or oils to the water.
To protect the device from overheating do not use for more than 40 minutes at a time, and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes
Consult a doctor before use if you have foot or leg conditions, diabetes, thrombosis, open wounds, infections, unexplained pain, or are recovering from foot surgery

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 3 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
