A three-layer filter system with HEPA H13 filter filters particles with a size of 0.02 microns (viruses usually have a size of 0.02-0.3 microns), to at least 95 %. Particles with a size 0.3 microns are even filtered out by up to 99.95 %.
CLEANING THE FILTER
Regular filter cleaning (once a month) is essential to ensure hygienic, reliable, and fault-free operation. Clean the three-layer filter using the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner. For a more thorough clean, remove the pre-filter and vacuum both the activated carbon filter located behind it and the HEPA filter located at the rear, again using the brush attachment. Once cleaning is complete, reinstall the pre-filter onto the HEPA filter.
NB: The three-layer filter cannot be washed.

- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
