Replacement Parts and Wearing Parts
These can be purchased separately as follows:
2x Evaporation filters for use with the LV 50 fan (684.02)
1x PET bottle for use with the LV 50 fan (684.03)
Replacing the Evaporation Filter
The evaporation filter should be replaced after 1000 operating hours. If the evaporation filter becomes very dirty before the 1000 operating hours have elapsed, replace it beforehand. The evaporation filter cannot be washed. To ensure optimum cooling performance, replace the evaporation filter every 6 months.
Cleaning the PET bottle/bottle adapter/water basin
Never clean any of the removable parts (such as the PET bottle, bottle adapter and water basin) in the dishwasher or using aggressive cleaning solutions. Only ever clean the removable parts (such as the PET bottle, bottle adapter and water basin) using a mild detergent. Replace the PET bottle as soon as white limescale or other types of dirt start to build up inside.
NB: Do not clean the PET bottle in the dishwasher. The PET bottle is not dishwasher-safe.

- How long is the warranty?
- 3 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
