These Warranty Registration Terms and Conditions govern the registration of Beurer and Sanitas products purchased in Southern Africa and imported by Eurocare Wellness, a division of Fasset Holdings.

By registering your product on this website you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.


2. Purpose of Warranty Registration

Warranty registration allows us to:

- Record your product purchase

- Provide warranty service and support

- Contact you regarding product safety notices or service updates

- Verify ownership of the registered product

Registration does not replace proof of purchase. Customers must retain their original invoice or receipt.

6. Warranty Coverage

Warranty terms are determined by the product category and are subject to the official Beurer warranty policy applicable in Southern Africa.

Warranty registration does not extend or modify the manufacturer warranty period.

To submit a warranty claim customers may be required to provide:

- Proof of purchase

- The registered product model number

- The registered order or invoice number

Your personal information will be stored securely on systems controlled by Fasset Holdings or authorised service providers.
