Download Health Manager app:
Download the free "Beurer Health Manager" app from the App Store. Then start the app* and follow the instructions to set up the BF 800. 
Select BF 800 in the app
First of all, select the correct device.
User allocation:
Continue user allocation according to the instructions on the app*. For automatic personal recognition, the first measurement must be assigned to your personal user data. When you step onto the scale for future measurements, the scale will automatically recognise you as one of the eight possible users.
Weighing yourself:
Now step onto the scale and weigh yourself. The values will automatically be allocated to you as the user.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
How long is the warranty?
5 years from the purchase date on this product. Registering it online makes a claim quicker; keep your receipt as well.
My product is faulty. What do I do?
Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
Where can I find the manual?
Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
Where do I find spare parts and accessories?
Cuffs, filters, electrodes, gel pads, brush heads, nebuliser year packs and attachments are sold on beurer.co.za: look under "Replacement Parts & Spares" on the product page, search for your model number, or browse Accessories.
