Care Instructions & Safe Use
• The heating element/heat pad is covered by a waterproof plastic cover, and a washable textile/material cover.
• The outer textile cover can be removed and machine washed at 30°C.
• Ensure the cover is fully dry before reuse.
• Always use the heating mat with the textile cover.
• Neither the heat pad nor the controller should ever be immersed in water. Only the material cover can be washed.
• The plastic cover on the heat pad can be wiped with a damp cloth – make sure it is dry before replacing the textile cover.
• The controller can be wiped with a dry cloth.
• If the device is being used over several hours, set the lowest temperature setting on the control to avoid overheating.
• If you place the device in an enclosed area (e.g. a cat cave), make sure that the device does not cover more than half the area so that your pet can voluntarily choose whether it lies on the device.

 Note on Heat
• The temperature is specifically adjusted to the heat sensitivity of dogs and cats and is therefore lower than that of heat products for humans. Only mildly noticeable to your hand, but pleasantly warm for your pet across the whole body. After plugging in, wait up to 30 minutes for the maximum warmth to be reached.
