- It is recommended that accessory parts should be replaced annually for best performance and hygiene. As with any plastic parts, accessories are affected by a certain amount of wear and tear when used and hygienically prepared frequently.
Securing a Proper Fit & Seal
- Check the Edges: The soft silicone or PVC mask should sit comfortably flush against the skin. Ensure there are no large gaps around the bridge of the nose or the chin where aerosol can escape.
- Use the retaining strap to keep the mask gently stabilised on the face. The strap should hold the mask comfortably securely without pressing too tightly into the child's sensitive skin.
- Keep the child awake if possible. When asleep, inhalation becomes shallower, meaning the child will not breathe in enough of the medication for the treatment to be effective.
- Hold the atomiser upright. For the mask to position correctly on the face and receive a steady stream of mist, ensure the atomiser chamber is held vertically upright during treatment.
- When connecting the accessories for kids' models, like the Beurer IH 26 KIDS or IH 58 KIDS, the baby or children's mask must be attached to the atomiser using the included angled fitting. This helps maintain a comfortable positioning angle against the child's face while keeping the medication chamber upright.

- How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
- Free on orders of R650 or more; orders below R650 pay R95. Usually 2 to 3 working days from the day we send your order, anywhere in South Africa.
- How long is the warranty?
- 2, 3 or 5 years from the purchase date, depending on the model. The term is shown on each device's page under "Beurer South Africa warranty".
- My product is faulty. What do I do?
- Email warranty@beurer.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We collect the product, our technical team in Johannesburg assesses it within 5 to 7 working days, and we email you the outcome. If the fault is covered, we replace the product.
- Can I return it?
- Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. We arrange and pay for the courier. For hygiene reasons, products that have been used on the body cannot be returned.
- Where can I find the manual?
- Every product comes with a printed manual. If you have lost it, email info@beurer.co.za with the model number and we send you the PDF.
